Wiggles for Ayden

What i love about this customer is that she lets me do whatever i like with her cake! Thank you, Jamie, for trusting me~

Jamie's little boy is turning 3. One of his favourite shows is The Wiggles and of course, he deserves a birthday cake with everything wiggly!

Still not a pro at making 'humans', I tried my best. Here's Sam (Yellow), Murray (Red), Jeff (Purple) and Anthony (Blue), the 4 characters that made The Wiggles a big success with young children.

Happy Birthday, Ayden!

Pink Christmas for Candy & Andy

I've been wishing and waiting for cake orders. But i didnt expect my wish to come true all at a time! December has been a challenging month for me and to top it off, the wedding is held on Christmas day. Busy busy busy~~ But, satisfying indeed..

This order came in a bit late so i didn't have much time to prepare the decorations for the cake. Just like her name (Candy), the bride prefers sweet pastel colors..sweet pink, baby blue and white. She had initially requested for a 'Bride & Groom' figurines but with barely 3 weeks, there isn't enough time for the figurines to 'harden'. Sorry~ =/

70 orange cupcakes laid out on 4 tiers with a big fruit cake on the top. Each cupcake is decorated with handmade pink sugar roses. As for the top cake, i made poppies with little petals sprinkled all over the cake.

And oh, the orange cupcake is yummy!

Hope she likes it......

Velvet's Big Birthday Bash

Velvet's having a big birthday bash and enquired for a big cake. But why one big cake when you can have 3 birthday cakes with 3 different deisgns?! ;-)

For a young trendy lady, i designed each cake with different themes.

She loves RED so i tried to put in as many red flowers as i can.

A Surprise for Amelia & Leo

This cake was made specially for an old childhood friend. She and her family lives in KL and often travelled to Sitiawan during weekends. I used to wait anxiously for them to arrive so that we can go cycling. On Sundays, we would pack wantan mee and eat it in a park, on top of a slide.. I would say she played a big role in my growing up years...
Sigh, many many fond memories with the Loh family...

Now, more than 10 years later, here she is, marrying a very nice guy. I'm very happy for her! Thought i could surprise her with a wedding cake but told Leo in the end ;-) In all my life, i've always known that she loves the color BLUE. Lydia told me that she likes white roses and white calla lilies too. So here it is, a cake with all her favourite things~

Unfortunately, due to long distance travelling from Sitiawan to KL for the wedding and leaving the cake at my sister's place, some parts of the cake melted! I felt so bad that i have to present her a nearly melted cake. =( The weather is just too hot these days.

I love the laces on the cake. Tedious but sweeet..

Many couples prefer sweet pastel colors for wedding, especially white and pink. I'm glad i get an opportunity to make a blue cake for once.
